Community Acupuncture at the Heart-centered Yoga Studio

Discover the Serenity of Community Acupuncture by joining our community-style auricular acupuncture clinic, AcuDetox, for a soothing treatment aimed at reducing stress and fostering tranquility.

When: Thursdays, 4:00-5:00 p.m.

Treatments: Approximately 40 minutes long. Choose to sit in a chair or lie down on a yoga mat supported by a bolster.

Participants: Limited to 10 people per session.

Where: Heart-Centered Yoga Studio, 1455 Dixon Avenue, Suite 210, Lafayette, CO 80026.
(In case of inclement weather, sessions may be canceled. Participants will have the option to receive a refund or apply their payment towards a future session.)

Cost: $10 per session

Meet Our Acupuncturist: Meghan Stockdale is a licensed acupuncturist and master of classical five-element acupuncture with nearly two decades of yoga teaching experience.

Treatment Overview:

· 5 points in each ear

· Complementary or supplementary for trauma, substance abuse, addiction, stress, and other mental health conditions.

Points include:

· Sympathetic: Calms the nervous system

· Shen Men: Grounds and calms the spirit, aids with sleep

· Kidney: Processes fear, builds willpower

· Liver: Processes anger, instills hope

· Lung: Processes grief, instills inspiration
