Through joining together with authenticity, intention, oracle cards, somatic movement, meditation, sound activation and energy healing, we will create a space to open our senses, nourish how we relate to one another and connect to the grounded pleasure and wisdom of the present moment.
Each circle is unique and tends to the needs of the collective on that day. We will open with sharing, followed by a transformational movement or meditation practice, then we will close with reflections. Sound healing, energy work and/or shamanic techniques may be woven throughout.
