✨ Yoga Mantra Dance ✨
Friday 30 October 2026 | 19:00–20:30
St Clement’s Church, Chorlton
Breathe. Move. Sound. Stillness.
Join Tom and Swami Naveen (Peter) for a guided evening of breathwork, movement, music, mantra and meditation.
We’ll begin with breathing to become present and prepare the body, then explore gentle movement, shaking and free-flow dance. From there, we’ll introduce humming, chakra toning and mantra chanting before gradually settling into grounding and seated meditation.
There are no dance routines to learn, no need to be flexible and no previous experience is needed. Everything is guided, and you can take part at your own pace — whether you want to move freely, chant quietly or simply listen.
Peter brings around 40 years of experience exploring meditation and spiritual practice. His journey includes time at Osho’s ashram in Pune, India, and three years as a Tibetan Buddhist monk.
You don’t need to consider yourself spiritual. Come to enjoy movement and music, explore meditation, meet new people or try something different.
📍 St Clement’s Parish Church
Edge Lane, Chorlton-cum-Hardy

🚗 Free parking on site, with limited spaces.
An evening to switch off and share a welcoming space with others.
Come as you are.
