Yin & Yoga Nidra | A Journey of Rest, Reflection & Intention
Advertisement
Step away from the pace of everyday life and join Georgina for a gentle afternoon of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, designed to help you slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself.
This calming session begins with a soothing Yin Yoga practice, using long-held, supported postures to encourage the body to release tension and settle into stillness. You'll then be guided into Yoga Nidra, often described as "yogic sleep" – a deeply restorative meditation that helps quiet the mind, support the nervous system and promote profound relaxation.
This gathering offers space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself. The symbolic date, 1/11, can be embraced as a gentle invitation to reflect and set intentions. In many spiritual traditions, 111 is associated with awareness, alignment and new beginnings—a reminder to pause, notice what is calling your attention and consciously choose where you'd like to direct your energy. Whether or not you connect with this symbolism, you're invited to use the afternoon as a meaningful moment to reset and reconnect.
No previous experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Whether you're looking to unwind, restore your energy or simply create some time for yourself, this peaceful practice offers an opportunity to pause with intention and leave feeling grounded, rested and gently inspired.
