Bring your young ones along for an exciting day packed with stories, creativity, music, art, games and hands-on experiences designed to spark curiosity and imagination.

Flip Into Wonder is a vibrant celebration of Literature and Culture! It is for children and their families and brings together talented authors, creative workshop leaders and performers for a day where every activity opens the door to a new story, idea or adventure.

From meeting authors and discovering brilliant books to getting creative with art, writing and/or illustration, there will be something for every curious young mind.

Come along and meet some truly amazing children's authors:

Carrol May Nelson, Sade Fadipe, Simon Adepetun and debut picture book author, Amy Ekwegh and more!

There will be plenty of opportunities to create, play, listen, imagine and discover. It's a chance for children and families to discover different traditions, stories and creative ideas while having fun along the way.

Whether your child loves books, enjoys making things, wants to try something new, or simply loves a great story, Flip Into Wonder offers a wonderful opportunity to explore, create and connect.

Expect imagination, laughter, creativity, culture and plenty of opportunities to get involved.

On arrival, plan your visit by signing up for your child/children's preferred workshops. Please note, your child must be with you at all times. Best to come with another adult if your children are of varied age groups.

* From the Main Hall, walk through the bookstore, take the lift or stairs up 1 floor to the Belonging Gallery.

* Here you will see the entrance to the Egypt and Sudan gallery, head through it, and into Living Worlds Gallery.

* From here you can take the stairs or the lift to the Top Floor.
