Yoga in the Park • Frederick, MD • Good ground. Good trouble. Good people.
About this Event
Community yoga by the swinging bridge at Baker Park in Frederick, MD. No studio. No membership. No childcare scramble. Just an all-levels outdoor class with good movement, fresh air, and real people. Followed by coffee, tea, and conversation on the grass.
This is yoga the way it was meant to be: accessible, grounding, and shared.
What to Expect:
• A 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa flow: warm-up, set flow, balancing, core, backbends, hip openers, and a full Savasana
• Breath-aligned, medium-paced, challenging enough to feel it, playful enough to smile through it.
• Kid friendly movement. The instructor is also a nature based early childhood educator and can keep the kiddos part of the experience as well
• A judgment-free space for every body, every level, and every age.
breastfeeding welcome, kids welcome, dogs welcome, bikes welcome, all bodies welcome.
