Be summer balanced! Rest in cooling postures to balance body and mind while receiving nurturing touch and bodywork.
All levels and experiences are welcome.
Kristina has training in Thai Bodywork and runs trainings for yoga teachers in hands on assisting. She holds an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and is a Continuing Education Provider.
Kathy is a 500 RYT with training in hands on assisting. With over 30 years as a professional dancer, Kathy navigates the body with mindful attention and care.
An indulgent experience - $50/per person.
