This 90-minute all-levels workshop uses a suspended hammock to create space in the body, build strength, and improve flexibility and range of motion, all while easing stress on the joints. We’ll explore playful aerial poses both on the mat and in the hammock by sitting, standing, inverting, and reclining. The session wraps up with a restful floating savasana.This event is suitable for all bodies (up to 300 lbs) with no prior yoga or aerial experience needed! Participants must be at least 13 years old, and minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Since hammock heights are customized, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for adjustments.
Wear a shirt that fully covers the armpits and stays in place during inversions; kindly avoid scented lotions, oils, or perfumes as the fabric absorbs odors.
Aerial yoga is NOT recommended for those who are pregnant, have had recent abdominal surgery, or experience vertigo or motion sickness.
