Join us for four-week yoga classes with Intentional Yoga. This month's theme is Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Focus on building strength, stamina, and balance while improving flexibility, endurance, long-term health, and stress reduction.
Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable exercise clothing. Each session accommodates up to 40 participants and is suitable for all skill levels. Open to participants ages 14 and up.
