Body Gratitude Yoga is a way for us to connect body, mind, and spirit through the practice of yoga. Our bodies are different every single day, and in this practice, we honor ourselves exactly as we are in the moment.
Cultivating gratitude toward our bodies enables us to grow a culture of peace, a feeling of grounding, presence, and well-being toward ourselves and toward others. Options and variations are given in many poses, and we’ll end with a short meditation and final relaxation.
Class $20 or a six class package for $90.
