I warmly welcome you to join me on the mat for a trauma-informed, mindful exploration of the body through a somatic slow flow practice. We are ever-changing, ever-evolving beings who are deeply connected to our bodies wisdom. Our thoughts and emotions are woven into each other, intertwined within our bodies' movement patterns.When we forcefully restrict our bodies innate movements we further disconnect from our innerselves.
But when we allow the body to speak through its own intentional movements, the mind shifts into rest. The body knows how to unwind and release the stored energies.
This is an invitation to allow me to hold space for you to connect with your innerself, to unravel. Quiet the mind and surrender to the natural flow of the body.
