Join us and our neighbor YogaFit for a FREE, all-levels 60-minute yoga class at Sunnyside Gardens! Stretch, breathe, and soak up the summer morning in community. ☀️
Details:
- Check in at the West Co-op gate between 7:40AM and 7:55AM
- No registration required—just show up!
- Ages 16 and up welcome
- Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle
- Class will be held on the on the plaza or in the greenhouse if the weather takes a turn
Come early to settle in—and stay after to enjoy the garden center!
