Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, this inclusive session provides a wonderful opportunity to unwind and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful ambiance of the museum.Bring your own mat, tools and water.Taught by Elizabeth Comtois, registered yoga teacher and founder of Embodied Yoga LLC.
