The summer sun's warm morning light invites us to gently awaken, encouraging us to move mindfully in our yoga practice with conscious breathing and a feeling of attentive calm. Join us in the courtyard for a beautiful, outdoor yoga session. Light snacks and beverages will be provided afterward. Instructor: Bernice Olson-Pollack
Note: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the practice indoors.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Bernice Olson-Pollack has a Master in Science in Community Counseling and is a 200-hour YogaFit-trained instructor and American Council on Exercise-certified personal trainer. She provides a slow and steadily moving style of teaching that offers a comfortable yet quietly challenging yoga practice for her participants.
