Let’s give Yoga Storytime at Riverside Park a try! 🧘
Join me at the Riverside Park in La Crosse at 9am on Tuesday, July 28. *I will be scouting the best location for a happy medium of shade/sunshine for a great Yoga Storytime experience. Perhaps close to trees near the bandshell. TBD.*

$5 per person. 1 year old or younger are FREE. (Cash or Venmo)

Research states that Yoga
* improves emotional regulation – and who doesn’t need more of that?
* promotes motor development – think balance, body awareness, coordination
* creates a opportunity to experience stories in a different way (less sitting and more movement).
Bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel, and a snack for after if you’d like to stay and mingle.
I can’t wait to start the day with you. ☀️ Share this with a person that needs to take a deep breath with you. ✌️
