Yoga Foundations weekend

Join me for an immersive weekend (9.-10.11.) dedicated to exploring the essential elements of yoga practice. This comprehensive training will cover foundational Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control), Philosophy, Meditation, and an in-depth look at the connection between Yoga and the Nervous System.

Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this weekend offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding and experience of yoga in a supportive, in-person setting (max.10-12 participants). Connect with yourself and others while enriching your knowledge and practice!

About me:

• I have been working as a full-time yoga teacher based in Berlin for years
• I`ve been a dedictaed Yogic practicioner and meditatior for many years pervious to that
• I`m trained in the folloing styles: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Meditation, Sound healing, traumasensitve Yoga, Jivamukti Spiritual warrior

• since autum 2022 I am training students to become Yoga teachers and have facilitated 6 Teachertrainings (200 hours) up until now
