Donation-Based Community Yoga for Head for the Cure

Join us for a special outdoor yoga class honoring the life and legacy of Rhonda Trosen. This class is open to all levels, with 100% of donations benefiting Head for the Cure, supporting brain cancer research and families affected by brain tumors.

In Loving Memory of Rhonda: My name is Bethany Lang, co-owner of YogaSix St. Louis.

I'm hosting this class in memory of my best friend's mom, Rhonda Trosen.

Rhonda was an incredible grandmother, mother, wife, friend, Tri Sigma sister, Truman State alumna, and so much more. Above all, she had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel seen, valued, and loved. Whether it was a handwritten card, a thoughtful text, or simply remembering the little things that mattered, she made everyone around her feel special.

After Rhonda's courageous battle with brain cancer, I wanted to create a space where our community could come together to honor her life while supporting others facing this disease.

If you're able, please consider making a donation to Head for the Cure in Rhonda's honor. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps fund brain cancer research and provide support to families navigating a brain tumor diagnosis.

Donations: Suggested $10. Donations will be accepted via Eventbrite or on-site cash/Venmo. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Head for the Cure in Rhonda's memory.

Class Details:

Check-in: 7:00pm

Class: 7:30-8:30pm

What to bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle (option cash or Venmo for donation on site) Class will be OUTDOORS, please plan to dress appropriately (sunscreen/bugspray)

Location: Class will be held in the grassy courtyard space by the courtyard/fountain. NO NEED TO CHECK IN AT THE STUDIO. Meet down by the fountain 15 mins prior to class start time.
