Refresh your mind and body through our monthly wellness series, open to the community and held on the first Saturday of each month (Except July 4th). Bring your friends and family - sign up for each month! Hosted by The Legacy Center STL, this series centers Black health, healing, and collective empowerment. Each session creates space to pause, reset, and renew through joy, reflection, and connection.

We feature offerings from our valued collaborators, including Fit & Food Connection, Simpsons Consulting, The Collective STL, and more.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We will focus on accessibility to healthy food options in vulnerable communities and the need for balance. We welcome wellness partners and activities to exercise your mind and body. Enjoy activities such as:

• line dancing
• yoga
• sound bath
• zumba
• culinary
• family activities
• health screenings to check for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol
