Join us for a relaxed and welcoming yoga practice, suitable for all abilities and ideal to prepare you for the week ahead.
About this Event

Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Monday.

We offer two sessions each Monday; one for beginners and improvers at 6.15pm and later for active improvers at 7.30pm.

Classes are £7 to drop in or £6 for members of Ackworth Road Runners, payable on the night in cash or via BACS. Ask us about block bookings and payments and please consider paying for your class if you cancel within 24 hours of your session.

Feel free to bring cushions and a blanket to get cosy for relaxation! Mats, blocks and other equipment are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own too.
