Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Thursday.

This class often uses chairs to aid balance and allows you to get maximum benefit from the class.

Feel free to bring cushions and a blanket to get cosy for relaxation! Mats, blocks and other equipment are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own too.

Classes are £7 to drop in, payable on the day in cash or via BACS. Ask us about block bookings and payments and please consider paying for your class if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
