Yoga Flow, in collaboration with Evolation Yoga Atlanta, is back every Tuesday!
This free community event is perfect for all skill levels and ages. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
This yoga practice will explore the dynamic connection of movement and breath with exercises focused on flexibility and strength. We will explore fun transitions and new poses each week, and our instructor may include breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness lessons in each class.
You will leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and connected to community in the good company of your fellow Midtown neighbors!
Ideal for beginners and long time practitioners alike.
The venue is located at the corner of Peachtree and 10th Streets.
