Come and ease into the weekend with a one-hour fitness or yoga class at the light-filled Kargo MKT. After the class, most people stick around for a coffee, a chat, and a slow start to the day. There’s no rush — stay as long as you like.

It’s all about moving a bit, clearing your head, and enjoying good coffee and good company. A really nice way to start the weekend.
