Wellness Walks – First Walk Announcement ��After trialling my first wellness walk today with my mum, a friend, my four-year-old son, and a puppy, I’m really excited to announce the first official Wellness Walk!
� Sunday 11th January 2026
� 12:00pm
� Meet at The Memorial Shelter, Monton
(next to the roundabout, opposite The Bluebell pub)
The walk will be approximately 7km, mostly flat and pram-friendly, taking around 3–4 hours in total. This includes a relaxed one-hour break at a local child- and dog-friendly pub, where you’re welcome to grab a drink, some food, or both.
� Families, children, and dogs are all very welcome

� Cost: £5 per person/family
Please note: the date may need to change closer to the time depending on the weather.
To secure your place, please contact me in advance. I’ll need final numbers 3 days before the walk so I can book a table at the pub.
