About this Event
Join us for Wellness Wednesdays, your midweek rest with yoga and monthly fitness classes in our peaceful Hot House space, delivered by The Wellness Hub.
Start your mornings with serenity and strength as you welcome the sunrise with rejuvenating yoga sessions, and on the last two Wednesday's of the month enjoy lunchtime yoga classes.
These sessions are completely FREE and open to all fitness levels (ages 18+).

What: Sunrise & Lunchtime Yoga for everyone
When: Every Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 8:35 AM / Last 2 Wednesdays of the month | 12:00 PM - 12:35AM

April Schedule:
- 1st April: 8am - Sunrise Yoga - Yoga for Neck & Shoulder Tension Relief
- 8th April: 8am - Sunrise Yoga - Yoga for Lower Back Tension
- 15th April: 8am - Sunrise Yoga - Morning Mobility
- 22nd April: 12pm - Lunchtime Yoga - Yoga for Balance & Clarity
- 29th April: 12pm - Lunchtime Yoga - Yoga for Desk Workers
(All levels welcome + beginner-friendly)
