About this Event
Join us for Wellness Wednesdays, your midweek rest with sunrise yoga and monthly fitness classes in our peaceful Hot House space, delivered by The Wellness Hub.
Start your mornings with serenity and strength as you welcome the sunrise with rejuvenating yoga sessions, and on the last Wednesday of each month, enjoy a different energising fitness class.
These sessions are completely FREE and open to all fitness levels (ages 18+).

January Schedule:
- 7th – New Year Guided Journaling & Meditation
- 14th – Full Body Stretch & Release
- 21st – Yoga for Happy Hips
- 28th – Morning Mobility: Awaken the Spine
(All levels welcome + beginner-friendly)
