Join myself and fellow yoga and pilates teacher Ashton Joseph for a day of yoga and wellness.
A nourishing day of movement, mindfulness, and connection designed to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.
We’ll move between gentle flow, pilates-based strength, and more restorative practices, alongside space to pause, reflect, and reset.
What to expect:
- Uplifting pilates to awaken the body and build strength
- A flowing yoga practice, linking breath and movement and improving mobility
- A nourishing lunch, leaving you refuelled and restored for the afternoon ahead
- A peaceful walk, offering space to breathe deeply and reconnect with the natural world
- A guided reflection session to gain clarity on your mental wellbeing
- Finishing with a deeply restorative yin session and guided relaxation
