Summer Seasonal Yoga, Nidra & Soundbath (book with Vishuddha)

As we pass the longest day of the year and fully embrace summer as a time for gathering and connecting with others, how can we stay in tune with our deepest purpose and inner landscape? Join for a chance to pause and reflect, to celebrate the abundance of the natural world at this time of year, and to map out your own journey through the season.

This workshop will offer seasonal practices for the summer with a blend of flowing movement and restorative poses, woven through with poems and readings. We’ll invite rest, reflection and integration through a yoga nidra guided meditation and sound bath using gongs, singing bowls and chimes.
