Weekly Yoga class - Tina is trained by exercise physiologist Simon Borg-OlivierTina brings her own style of integrated Yoga practice for all body types. You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. Keeping the body moving with gentle poses will in turn increase the health of your body. Come along & try for yourself!
Comfortable clothes advised, do not eat before class. All yoga mats & props are available at the venue. Or bring your own equipment.
