Expertly guided through breathing and a restorative yoga session with Dori, warmed by the embrace of meditation, deep relaxation and beautiful kirtan (heartfelt singing of mantras) with Gayatri, wowed by a delicious plant based lunch and afternoon tea by the amazing Mantra Room chef Jaqui.

Please note that men are more than welcome but a large majority of attendees are ladies.

Parking is limited in West End. We have 5 dedicated car parks and you may find some street parking close by, but there are a few residential streets close by that usually have plenty of parking. I've included a map below.
