Instructor bio:

Maddie is a certified yoga and mat pilates instructor, with over 10 years of experience as a teacher. She began her yoga practice and quickly fell in love with the balance, peace, and sense of presence the practice cultivates. Her classes blend creativity, dynamic movement, and the sweet slow burn of strong shapes and holds. She invites her students to feel into their ever-changing states of flow, while offering the opportunity to challenge themselves and find their edge within a deeply supportive container.
