Yoga at Church of the Epiphany

Yoga & meditation for first-timers or those who handstand every vinyasa. Bring your own mat, props, and friends. Come as you are. Enter through the main Church doors on G Street. 5:30pm start (6pm on the last Wednesday of each month). With few exceptions we practice at the Crossing of the historic Church of the Epiphany, where Lincoln, Eleanor Roosevelt, and many others once gave thanks. All donations go to Epiphany community services, including Street Sense Media. Move your body. Calm your mind. See you then.
