Join Lauren Price from Flora & Vino for an all-levels yoga flow at 7 Locks Brewing in Rockville, MD!

We'll move through a 60-minute practice designed to help you unwind, connect with your body, and start your Sunday feeling refreshed. After class, stay and enjoy a complimentary drink included with your ticket while connecting with fellow yogis and beer lovers in the community.

No yoga experience is necessary and beginners are welcome! Just bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind.
