Want a healthier(ish) spin on Emo Night?
Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sound of Emo, Screamo and Pop Punk! Then stay to drink a drink (or two!) and mingle. Yoga class willl be followed by a Pop Punk Pizza Party. Bring your friends!
We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of Paramore, Saves the Day, Fall Out Boy and MORE! No props will be needed except a yogamat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
Price includes 1 draft (or n/a,) 2 slices of pizza and the yoga class.
Bring your own yoga mat! If you need to borrow one, reserve a free mat by emailing [email protected]
Pizzas will be vegetarian. Options for Vegan or GF will be available upon request! (We already know we have a few vegans but I want to make sure there's enough) Email me at [email protected] with your dietary needs!
