Yoga & Sound Healing for Spring Equinox

This is a unique blend of spring Equinox inspired Yoga practice, that flows into a deep meditation envoked by a glorious sound healing, inside the most beautiful church.

The Yoga practice will be about 1 hour and 15 mins and the sound healing journey about 1 hr or so, with a 15 min transition period between the two.

The accoustics of the gorgeous St John the Baptist's church will help to accentuate the transcendental sounds of our wonderful and experienced sound healer, Suzanne.

Suzanne, weaves her voice with her sound healing instruments that creates a very unique sound healing journey.

To cleanse and prime, the body and the mind; Ciara will lead a Vinyasa style heat inducing Yoga Practice inspired by the awakening of spring!

Ciara has a wealth of experience in guiding Yoga, and has been teaching since 2018 and practicing since 2004!
