Spring Equinox Avalon Yoga Retreat ๏ฟฝHello lovely Rainbow People! Come and Join me and others, on a four day immersion of Yoga, Ritual and Ceremony to call in, honour and harness awakening spring energy ๏ฟฝ
Myself, an ex dancer and ardent Yoginini, have been teaching for 10 years and am passionate about sharing the gift of movement medicine with everyone!
Joining me will be a lovely and highly experienced team, facilitating sound healing, Sacro-Cranial/TRE workshop and Tarot workshop.
There will energising Yoga Practice in the mornings and calming Yoga Practice in the Evening. We will Practice, study and explore Mantra, Meditation and breath work.
This retreat is Jam packed with Goodness as we fully Harness the Spring Awakening in the Heart of Avalon!!
