I’m back for again this month to host an intimate New Moon Ceremony evening on March 18th at 6:30 pm. A space to slow down, soften, and begin again.

I’ve partnered with bluboho to bring our communities together for a quiet, nourishing night of yoga, sound, reflection, and connection.

This gathering is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and set intentions your body can actually hold — without pressure, performance, or overwhelm.
