This gathering will serve as a safe haven, a nurturing space where you can retreat and rediscover yourself. It is a chance to listen to the soft, gentle voice within you that has been patiently waiting to be heard, to express itself in ways that the noise of the world often drowns out.

Dress comfortably, bring a bottle of water, Journal and pen

Yoga mat

Break: Light refreshments and tea will be provided.

Lunch: Grab lunch at any restaurant or café in the area, or bring your own vegetarian lunch. We appreciate your collaboration.


Meeting your facilitator

Monica Daza is the founder of ZaZen Meditation and Self-Care Studio. Over the past decade, Monica immersed herself in both ancient wisdom and modern science. She's completed extensive training in Ayurveda, Yoga, and specialized practices like Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Special Needs, and emotional regulation. Through all her studies and experiences, one truth has always shone through: we're all searching for the same things—happiness, acceptance, and less suffering in our lives. Yet, she's seen how disconnected and lonely our world can sometimes feel. That's why she created ZaZen as a place where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted, exactly as you are.
