Yoga & Acupuncture | Set Your Intention (February 1, 2026)

Arlina Cai and Saher Hussaini invite you to a thoughtfully curated experience that weaves together gentle yoga flow and calming acupuncture, designed to soothe the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.

Mats will be provided. We’ll conclude our time together with a warming, Chinese Medicine–inspired sweet treat, along with ear seeds to extend the benefits of the evening well beyond the mat.

Please note, doors will open at 4:00 PM to allow time for settling in and completing a brief intake form. Class will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and late entry cannot be guaranteed in order to preserve the integrity of the experience for all guests.

Detailed entry instructions for the SYI Acupuncture studio will be shared via email two days prior to the event.
