Ready to begin your yoga practice? This is the class you’ve been waiting for.
This foundational yoga series gives you all the tools you need to lay the groundwork for a lifelong practice. If you have ever wondered what you should wear, what you should bring and why is the teacher telling you to breathe so much, you’ll learn it all here. We will also break down foundational postures as well as discuss yoga etiquette, culture, history and more.
This is a SIX WEEK SERIES with 90-minute sessions. There will be a one week break at the halfway mark and then we will return for our final three sessions. Because of the nature of this series, drop-ins are not permitted. Series Price: $175.
