In this class, you’ll explore essential yoga poses, breathing techniques, and alignment basics, all at a comfortable pace. Our focus is on building strength, flexibility, and balance, with modifications to ensure the practice suits your unique needs. No prior experience or specific fitness level is required. By the end of the series, you’ll feel confident and grounded in your yoga practice.
This 6-week series meets Thursdays at 6:00 PM, beginning January 9th. Registration includes all six classes.
