Become your own healer with the intuitive wisdom of Ayurveda!These classes will introduce you to the concepts of Ayurveda and living more in-tune with your true self and with nature. Ayurveda is simply put, the science of living. It is 5000 years old and originated in India but is widely practiced throughout the world.
Ayurveda is not a one-size fits all approach but looks at each individual and considers not only mental and physical, but spiritual well-being as well. The idea is that our true state is health, and when we remove the barriers to our health, we can regain an optimal state of health, joy and harmony in our lives.
The 4 pillars of Ayurveda include diet, lifestyle, energy management and sleep. We will look at all these components and apply what we learn to our daily lives. This course includes learning, then applying what we learn to see how these changes impact how we feel.

This course is a 3-part series that will meet on January 12th, February 2nd and March 23rd.
