Delve into the time-honoured practices of TCM and Yin Yoga with our certified TCM physician and yoga instructor who will take you through a series of guasha acupressure massages and yoga poses during the hour-long session.
Through meticulously designed guasha strokes and yoga sequences, we stimulate your meridians*, unlocking the flow of vital energy and restoring inner balance and clarity.
*In TCM, the body’s energy pathways where your vital energy, Qi, flows along are known as meridians.
And as you follow along our journey to centered living, discover a state of tranquillity that resonates throughout your body, mentally and physically, and experience a profound alignment of your body’s vital energy.
This workshop suits all ages and anyone interested in an evening away from their usual hustle to tune into their mind and body. At the end of the workshop, participants will get to take their guasha tool home so that they can continue this centering practice.
Please note that this is a practice that requires a quiet space with little distractions, we will require young attendees to be cooperative.
