Singing bowls are a quintessential aid to meditation. The sounds produced by the bowls induce the theta brain wave state that evoke a deep sense of relaxation in us, allowing the body, mind and spirit to melt away the stress of day-to-day life and restoring balance.

Our guided meditation is not related to any religions or mystical believes. According to many energy modalities (e.g. qigong, tantra), energies move and respond according to our intentions. During the short guided meditation, Christina will guide you to work with your energies. You'll be guided to release stale energies, cleanse our energy fields and establish healthy energy.

What is going to happen?

• You’ll be informed by our practitioner about the experience
• 10mins guided meditation to establish healthy energies
• You’ll lie down comfortably and allow the improved energy state to set in with a sound bath for 40mins
• You’ll be gently guided to return to full awareness feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

Our Studio

Our studio is a space dedicated to hosting and conducting sound healing related sessions and training. Our space is specially setup to conduct sound and vibration efficiently. We mainly use the Fullmoon singing bowls and sometimes, there may be other instruments. The Fullmoon singing bowls create exceptional sounds and vibrations that clears blockages and balance energies effectively, bringing impactful experiences to our participants every time. We also offer personal Singing Bowl Therapy sessions by various Sound Healing Practitioners. Do contact us for your appointment.

Our Facilitator

Christina Shiu, founder of The Singing Bowl Gallery in Singapore, is a leading Singing Bowl sound healing practitioner and educator in Singapore. Christina’s learnings and teachings are rooted in the original lineage from the world renowned Singing Bowl Master teachers, Santa Shakya and Shree Shahi. She has been working closely with her mentors offering Singing Bowl practitioner programs and providing authentic, top quality singing bowls for the past 10 years.

Christina’s teaching is strongly rooted in the tradition and foundation as taught by her world renowned teachers. Compounded with a decade of practical experience giving therapy sessions, conducting sound bath and training courses. Christina merges the ancient wisdom with the knowledge she has gleaned from her clients and class participants. This unique synthesis of tradition and contemporary insight results in educational workshops that are practical and relevant to the demands of our urban lifestyles. Christina excels at distilling essential practices that directly address immediate challenges, making her teachings easily comprehensible. She’s good at delivering knowledge with great clarity and is easy to understand. She teaches techniques and practices with precision and clear structures. Apart from singing bowl healing, Christina also practices Numerology, QHHT past life regression and BioGeometry. Please arrive 10 min early to settle in. We will begin on-time and door will be locked 5mins after the official starting time. Latecomers will not be admitted as it would disrupt the experience for all. Do feel free to bring your own cover materials such as a scarf to keep yourself comfortable.
