All of us experience stress everyday, whether it's at home, work or with friends or families. Come and experience the revolutionary Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) created by Dr. David Berceli to help you manage the stresses of everyday life! Join Dominica Chua for a TRE session to shake off that stress!

*Do dress comfortably for the session as TRE requires participants to engage in some simple stretches.

*Not encouraged for ladies who are pregnant

About the Provider

Dominica (Dom) is a counsellor/psychotherapist by training. She took an interests in helping people to find wellness and greater resilience through mind-body approaches. Dom is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Certified TRE Provider and a Clinical and Somatic member of US Association of Body Psychotherapy (USABP). In her free time, she enjoys hiking and playing with her pet dog - Kopi
