Gentle Yin yoga + Gong bath with crystal bowls. 1 hour lying comfortably, few gentle poses and breathing techniques whilst bathed in sound.*Every 2nd Sunday at noon*
Join Paola, one of volunteer teachers, for this monthly restorative community Sunday session.

Bring a pillow and warm socks this type of restorative yoga (Yin) is mostly lying down.
VIDA ACTIVE is next to the COOP by bus stop.
