Self Love Sunday Women's Circle

Join me for Self Love Sunday to share and celebrate your most authentic self!?

Self Love is a deeply personal experience that can mean an abundance of different things to different people❣️

With this in mind, we'll be exploring our own unique perspectives, connections and experiences with self love and will learn from others' unique journeys too ✨
Whether you're just starting out on your journey or have been cultivating self love for a while, this circle is a chance to reflect, connect, get curious, call in more love and acceptance and to celebrate yourself!

Together we'll be journeying through:

?A self love affirmation guided meditation to ground, truly enter the space & connect with the body and breath.

? A Sharing Circle - this is your time to share whatever is coming up for you in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. You'll be seen, heard, held, supported and celebrated by a community of women, and get to hold this space for others too.

? Reflective Journaling - explore what self love means to you (welcoming in both the highs and lows), consider how you can bring more self love and care into your life, get curious about your blocks to self love, and acknowledge your strengths, achievements and gifts.

? Self Love Exercises to help you cultivate more self love and acceptance towards the many different versions of you <3

? Oracle Cards - connect with your intuition and receive a message from oracle and affirmation cards.

? Enjoy a tasty, heart opening cacao tea <3

About Women's Circles:

Women’s Circles are a beautiful way to bring self identifying women from all different backgrounds together to be seen, heard, held, supported and celebrated.

Women’s Circles allow us to connect with and share our most authentic selves, recognize our power & potential, embrace our vulnerability, nourish ourselves, and continue a tradition practiced by our female ancestors who gathered in Moon Lodges and Red Tents thousands of years ago ⭕️

Within my circles I aim to create a space where:

? You will feel a true sense of belonging.

? You are listened to and held without the pressure to be fixed or to fix others.

? You can share without the fear of judgement and with the knowing that you will be accepted and celebrated for who you are.

? You can connect with your inner wisdom and feel deep connections with others.

? You remember the power that you hold as an individual and as a woman.

What to bring: A journal & pen, water.

I'll supply yoga mats, cushions, blankets and herbal tea, but feel free to bring anything else to keep you warm and cosy!

Venue: Upstairs @ SIX Yoga Studio, 102-107 Western Road, Brighton, BN3 1FA.

Enter through the main restaurant doors and head up the stairs on the right hand side. Once upstairs head to the furthest door on the left labelled “studio”.

When: Sunday 13th October 4pm - 6pm (please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time).
