Yin Yoga Class with Reiki Healing

Robyn and Heidi will lead this in-person Yin Yoga class designed to help you rest and recharge. We'll flow through gentle poses that target deep connective tissues while enjoying the soothing energy of hands-on Reiki Healing while you are in the poses. We will create a safely held container where your full being s\is encouraged to release tension, process emotions and feel deeply held.
