New Moon Ceremonial Breathwork & Cacao Sound Journey

Let us gather to plant our seeds for the first new moon of the New Year while honoring where we have grown.

About:

Join the Healing Circle Community every month for an intentional gathering to honor the lunar cycles (full and new moon), or special astrological and events (like samhain, solstice, equinox) that will take place inside of the sanctuary of our medicine temple.

We’ll open sacred space with a heart-awakening ritual with cacao and song, followed by a guided breathwork sound journey using multiple instruments to support deep rest, release, and realignment. Come as you are and leave feeling nourished, connected, and renewed.
While we cleanse our emotional bodies and release what no longer serves us, we welcome more abundance and aligned energy into our lives.

In our time together you will...

• Experience an open-hearted cacao ritual paired with a powerful drumming healing journey (deep meditation) to guide your journey ahead
• Engage in a transformational ceremonial breathwork practice designed to help you breakthrough and release stuck and unserving energy to call in the energy you most desire
• Receive a sound bath & Reiki healing throughout your journey to activate high-vibrational healing
• Practice reflective journaling and intention-setting practices
• Release out-dated energies that are no longer in alignment
• Experience deep healing within while feeling supported by a loving and conscious community
• Connect to your ancestors, guides and higher realms to access love and support
• Heal wounds from your ancestral lineage
• Discover and activate your own inner power and healing gifts

What to Bring:

• Wear loose clothing
• An eye pillow for breathwork and meditation
• Yoga mat and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable
• A journal and something to write with
• Any fruits/flowers/sacred items to add to the altar as an offering
• Photographs, heirlooms, and other mementos that might represent what you hope to call in for this next cycle
• Please avoid eating anything heavy 1-2 hours beforehand
