Join Mel McLaughlin, The Yin Space, for a deeper look into your fibre and fluid body. We will be integrating MFR (myofascial release techniques and equipment) and including Acupressure points and their meaning in a yin yoga setting.
This 20hr Yin Yoga and Myo-Fascia Release Teacher Training weekend is open to any yoga teacher, practitioner, movement therapists and avid students of any movement modality.
