Family Constellation and Somatic Experiencing

Each of us is like a star in the sky together with our family and communities we form constellations in which each star dim or bright is essential. Family Constellation reveals the dynamic of an issue in a relational field. It’s a work of repairing and restoring the hidden the distorted and the excluded elements back to their rightful place where love and healing flows freely.

We will integrate the session with Somatic Experiencing practices of felt-senses voice and movements with pair-up constellation exercises to explore a chosen topic and one or two group constellations.
