Join me for this body-mind practice designed to awaken and connect with your body through gentle movement and breathwork. This session blends the principles of Pilates and yoga guiding you through stretches and strength-building exercises to improve body awareness and alignment. We'll finish with a calming meditation to help you start your day feeling centered and connected.
Classes are held every Monday at 9:00 AM and Wednesday at 9:30 AM at La Casa del Corpo in Lagos. We’ll move gently to wake up your body followed by a breathing exercise and meditation to leave you in a great mood for the day ahead.
About me: I'm a dancer Pilates and yoga teacher and life coach with years of experience teaching in Paris. In this class I emphasize body mechanics and mindful placement to help you deepen your connection with yourself.
